No matter what religion or faith you follow, no matter what teaching you receive or from whom and how many books you have read, without practicing core religious essences such as forgiveness (even if not unconditional) you have lost the whole point. It all rather ends up either blindly following dictatorial dogmatic religion, spiritual materialism or empire building institutions.
